Training Specialist for our Sarajevo Headquarters

The Training Specialist is responsible for supporting the process of identifying, planning, conducting, organizing and following-up of bank’s training and staff development needs. 

If you identify with the goals and ethical values of our company, are curious about other countries and cultures, and have the following qualifications: 

• University degree in Business/Economics or Social Science
• Relevant working experience in training and developing adults minimum 2 years
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) 
• Identification with our corporate mission
